Martial has over 40 years of experience from One Michelin Stars in Paris, London, New York and Cruise Ships.

Pierre graduated from IAE Lyon with a Business Degree. 

Before joining La Brehandaise, Pierre was a business development manager at Mercantile.

Marie graduated from McMaster University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree. 

Bejore joining La Brehandaise, Marie was an investment analyst at Timelo Investment Management. 

Erwan has over 30 years of experience as a chef in Paris and Toronto.
